Eventhough I installed the recommended certificate, Im not able to record my https:// application with neoload.

Getting the error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED. As per the steps mentioned to record the https:// application, I installed the NeoLoad_Root_CA.cer certificate. Then also not able to record . Please assist me.

Do you see properly the screen 'NeoLoad recording' before you get 'ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED' when entering the URL of your application?

ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED indicates a proxy settings error, but you shouldn't be able to see the NeoLoad recording page if the proxy is not properly set...
