The only interesting files to backup are your configuration files. Depending on your OS those files are located on different folder.

For example, on Windows and when started as a service, you may find them here:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\.neotys-team-server\config

If you backup those files you can restore the LDAP/user setup.

On Linux, the files are stored under $HOME/.neotys-team-server/config where $HOME is the user home used to start the NTS.
