The NeoLoad Collaboration feature works with SVN only. Nevertheless, you can use another Source Control system like GIT by checking-in/out manually the project files from outside NeoLoad (and reloading the project manually after a git Pull). Using XML based project files may help, you can change the project format in: Preferences / Project Settings / Advanced).
