I have a local server set up and want to run NeoLoad performance tests on it, instead of running the tests on my local machine is this possible
Yes it's possible but that means that the server resources will be used by NeoLoad and your application. I do not think that it's a good way to load your server since the results will be impacted by the possible lack of resources on your server.
