I have a Project and text file attached explaining how to Base64 encode and Decode text data in Neoload. It is a 5.1 project, but if you are using 5.2, you can extract and open it in 5.2 to upgrade it. There is a Base64 Javascript (JS) library that you would need to import for the function. It all should make sense in the text file doc.
