I have a requirement monitor an AWS RDS instance.
Is the an integration point between Neoload and an AWS RDS instance?

There's no integration between NeoLoad and AWS RDS instance. You could still use the NeoLoad monitoring feature if it's allowed but there's no specific monitors for that.
