Hi All, I had read all questions related to negotiate authentication.I tried to record the scenarios when the pop-up occurred and I did not find the recorded pop-up under the action part. and went through the following link http://www.neotys.com/documents/doc/neoload/latest/en/html/#783.htm#o784 and done changes as per the link.Even though I'm facing the same issue as 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. And i'm using 5.1 version

The authentication pop-up should occur during your recording (not the case anymoree since NeoLoad 5.2.xx versions where there's no pop-up during the recording). You need to enter your credential and if it works you should be able to go further in your application.
In the recorded script you should see your credential under the server list on the Design section.
Negotiate and NTLM are supported by default in NeoLoad. The documentation page you mentioned is related to Kerberos. If you think that only Kerberos authentication is possible with your server (and not NTLM) then you have to configure NeoLoad for Kerberos by using the documentation page you mentioned. Otherwise it's not necessary.
