Unanswered question

Hi, I'm designing a test in which I want to send requests at a constant rate which I set (say 10 requests/s) and so far I didn't find a way to accomplish this.
After a user is sending a request, it is waiting for the response, if this would drop the requests rate, then I'd like for new users to be automatically created to compensate. (and in the other direction as well)

Is there a way to accomplish this automatically (without me adding / removing users by hand)?
