You should check on your NTS side the permissions linked to your 5.2 license. For instance, go to the licenses item and permissions tab. Make sure that the user you used on NeoLoad side to connect to the NTS belongs to one of the role displayed here and if it's the case check the permission for that role.
You need to check in the role permission related to the license. You can check the screen shot in attachment.
