my test scripts is not working getting struck at login function how to resolve?

while executing test script it is hanging at Login function in Init container it is not going to Actions container untill test was stoping i am not understands what is the issue can you please provide me the solution
and i am attaching runtime over view screen shot and please let me know if any thing required i can provid

It's difficult to say anything based on that screen shot. It seems that there's a kind of thinktime of 1 minute.

Have you run a check virtual user before running your test? Does it work properly with and without the thinktime? Maybe you have some wrong settings.

Yes i ran check virtual user with think time and without think time but after came to login container its hanged there its never moving to next container completely hanging there i am not understands this issue whether it is application side or Neoload side
i am attaching screenshot for virtual user checking and in this screenshot also may be there is no much information but please suggest me if any configurations missed or something

The second screen shot does not help. Do you have an error on the request that is stucked after 5 minutes or more?

If you look at the logs tab in your check virtual user panel, do you have any error?
