Proxy SSLServer stopped java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
It seems that there's a conflict port. NeoLoad uses TCP port 8090 for its proxy. Could you check that you do not have any software like web server that is already using that port?
If necessary that port can be changed in the NeoLoad preferences under HTTP recorder.
