Dear Satya,
You cannot read the file content, you need to enter your license key file into NeoLoad:
- Install NeoLoad by downloading it from here
- Save on your disk the Free Edition license key attached to the email (file extension .lic)
- Start NeoLoad, the Missing License dialog appears
- Select Enter a License key and click OK
- The Preferences dialog appears
- Click the button labeled Enter a license key...
- Pick the license file you saved during step 2
