Can't download NeoLoad from Ukraine (error 403)

I've registered a trial account and tried to download the NeoLoad x64 Windows installer from https://www.neotys.com/support/download-neoload

Unfortunately, I've got an error 403 (screenshot attached). I've tried other installers as well but it didn't help.
