Last time I asked about this question in a webinar, it is said that SAP performance test is recorded in protocol level. But when I check the Neotys Academy, I see that it is recorded in GUI level.
So, which one is more correct?
If SAP Desktop is recorded in GUI level, are other SAP UI's recorded in GUI level or protocol level?

SAP Web is recorded at protocol level in NeoLoad like any regular web application but the SAP GUI application that you use for example with the SAP Client is recorded at GUI level since this is binary protocol exchanged between the SAP GUI client and the server.
