This was my initial assumption but using a download from colleague who also has a mac as well as re-downloading the installation file im still getting this error
If you have an active support agreement you can raise ticket with the help desk. If not, it is community support. This forum is read by other users inclucing Neotys people so hopefully someone with more knowledge that me can comment
