Are there any pre-requisites for NeoLoad-AppDynamics integration?

1. NeoLoad License has to be setup for Integration and Advanced Module?

2. Any Port/connectivity required from NeoLoad server
to AppDynamics server?

Can someone please help regarding the queries?
