Does Neoload takes more response time to launch the URL when compare with loadrunner trueclient protocol.
Please help me in this regard.

You should not have any different in response time between the two tools. NeoLoad uses jetty as HTTP client. Also NeoLoad only returns server response time and not client rendering time if it was your concern.
