By default NeoLoad will try to use the higher TLS version so here v1.2 but if you would like to make sure no other SSL version will be used you can force NeoLoad to do so.
Edit the <install_dir>\conf\controller.properties file
Go to the [General] section
Remove the SSL version in the key to keep only TLSv1.2 https.protocols=SSLv3,TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2
