I need to report only on an embedded web application within our web app. Is it possible to do this by generating a report based specific web calls or is it possible to ignore the init folder during reporting?

You need the install path of Neoload, see the training video link, for example: /opt/Neoload/7.10/bin/NeoloadCmd
Where did you install it? it wont be in the workspace
I'm using git cvs for collaborating a NeoLoad project. Currently we have the following NeoLoad specific files and directories added to the .gitignore file.

/*.bak...
I think there's a misunderstanding. Your project is not under control using NeoLoad like i originally thought. When it's the case you should see a "team" folder with .git folder...
