Is there an equivalence to web_reg_find (LR) to check the content of the page ?

In Load Runner i can use for example:

web_reg_find("Search=Body",
"Text=Welcome to the website",
LAST);

That way, i'm sure the vuser in on the right page.
How can i do that with neoload ?
