I would like to set up a monitor which is capable of connecting to service mailbox, sending an email to itself and measuring the performance of steps it takes to report that service is running and performing at acceptable rate.what should i use in this case?
If you just want to monitor the process which you described above when you run the process manually, setting up monitor in Neosense should be enough. But if you want to automate the process and/or load the service mailbox with multiple connections, you would need Neoload as well. Essentially, Neosense is just a monitoring tool and cannot generate load or automate any process. Neoload has some monitoring capability but you won't be able to get deep dive results as much as in Neosense.
