We are planning to upgrade our servers to windows server 2016, but it is not present in the OS requirement of Neoload documentation
Windows server 2016 has not been tested yet with NeoLoad 6.0.0. It is something that will be validated soon.
Nevertheless i do not see why it should not work. You can safely try it until it is officially supported.
