attached is the file showing output of ipconfig /all and advanced host configuration
The screenshot you provides shows the loopback interface, did you check by selecting "eth3" in the list of Network Interfaces?

Oh, oh, oh. I see it now. I thought that if I just check the box then it would show the IP addresses. I have to highlight it! THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!!
