I have installed New Load 5.5.2 free version in my machine . when I clicked on Neo load icon , it is not lunching neo load tool .
You should check your task manager if a NeoLoadGUI.exe process is able to start. Check also your anti-virus or firewall if any.
What happens when you click on the NeoLoadGUI.exe file from the installation folder?
