We are encountering the NL-NETWORK-03 errors when we execute our scripts from Neotys Cloud account.
While the same script works fine through locally installed neoload.
Do we need to whitelist IPs in order to test our internal application?
If yes then how are we going to get all the Cloud IPs?
or there is any other way around to get up this working without whitelisting IPs

It seems that your application is not reachable from the Internet or like you said you might need to whitelist the IP's of the Cloud load generators. You should create an IP session in order to book some IP's so the Cloud LG's can use them.
