What is the detail of the error?

The issue could be due to another process that is listening on port 7200. Could you check with a netstat command before starting NeoLoad?

Do you have any specific settings on your computer like restricted permission, anti-virus, firewall?

I thought that the issue was with Monitoring agent but the issue seems to be with the LG agent.

It seems that the agent is not able to communicate locally on port TCP 7100. Could you check if that port is not used? Have you set up any proxy in the NeoLoad preferences or LG proxy settings?
